YOU be YOU You’d think this would be obvious. “You be YOU” It’s not, and it’s got to change. We are living in a time where authentic self is becoming a real calling. We used to be followers and felt the need to blend, and this is contributing to lost souls and it’s eating away at there zone of genius. The comfort of conforming is losing its grip but it’s also leaving many entrepreneurs scraping for creative ideas and income. I’ve been peeling this very idea back to the core, how do you do this? Its simply this: YOU be YOU. This statement is simply my definition of success. We no longer are gauging the success on the number of hours at the office and the sum of a bank account, we are gauging it by being authentic. This word, authentic, may be overused but it’s completely misunderstood. Many generations have thrown this word around as if to say, “I’m real”. Being real isn’t always that clear and quite frankly it drowns you out of your potential. This is where I want to speak of and support the entrepreneurs that desperately crave “authenticity”. Let’s call it a coming out party! I believe the authentic YOU are rooted in every fiber of you. You are in no way anything like any other human, your experiences, failures, dreams and everything in between represent YOU. Authentic is raw. Authentic is emotional. Authentic is complete. Authentic different. Authentic is vulnerable. Authentic is rare. Authentic is being in your zone of genius. Authentic is scary. Authentic is exciting. Authentic is your brilliance. Authentic is intuitive. Authentic is priceless. Authentic is exposure. Authentic is unique. Authentic is a calling. Authentic is a purpose. Peeling you back and walking into your authentic genius self is why you’re here. Once you strip it down, talk it off the ledge, unveil it, shine on it, speak to it, cry with it, allow it and accept it, you’ll arrive. This is like fine tuning an exquisite instrument. This is aligning to your being. This is YOU. Clear the stories of past, walk into the unknown with a curious heart and an open mind. Once you do, you’ll never look back.
